Wheat Prices Dip as Russia Returns to Ukraine Deal

Russia has announced its intention to return to the UN-sanctioned deal that guarantees the safety of Ukrainian wheat exports via the Black Sea.

The apparent target of the attack was the Admiral Makarov, a Grigorovich-class frigate capable of launching Kalibr cruise missiles and the presumed new flagship of the Black Sea Fleet following the sinking of the Moskva in May.
