Othman Regragui

Othman REGRAGUI is a PhD candidate in Political Science at Laval University (Québec, Canada). He holds a Master’s degree in International Security, Diplomacy and MENA studies from the Sciences Po Paris School of International Affairs (PSIA). He previously worked as a research assistant for the Foundation for Strategic Research in Paris and the Middle East Institute in Washington D.C. Othman is fluent in Arabic, French, English and Spanish.
