Mangesh has a Masters in International Affairs Degree from Columbia University, New York where he concentrated in international security policy. Mangesh is a subject-matter expert on geopolitical risk analysis, global security, country and political risk analysis, military studies and homeland security. Mangesh has more than 18 years of experience in conducting research, policy analysis and formulation and developing case studies and lessons learned. Mangesh advises C suite management and company boards on the development and implementation of global security policies and programs and geopolitical risks. Mangesh advises domestic and multinational organizations on the risks of doing business in China. His articles are published in journals like The National Interest, Small Wars Journal, E-International Relations, Eurasia Review, Modern Diplomacy, Indian Defense Review and Security Management.
