José Pedro Teixeira Fernandes

The author is senior research fellow at the Instituto Português de Relações Internacionais (IPRI), Lisbon, Portugal, an academic research institute at the NOVA University of Lisbon. He is also a non-resident researcher at the Portuguese National Defense Institute (IDN-Instituto da Defesa Nacional), currently working in a research project related with Turkey and the Euro-Atlantic security.
