Filipe Porto is a Master's student in International Relations at Universidade Federal do ABC, holds a postgraduate degree in International Journalism by Fundação Armando Alvares Penteado (FAAP) and a BA in Defense and Strategic Studies by the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ). He is an associate researcher at the Brazilian Foreign Policy Observatory (OPEB/UFABC) and at the Conjuncture Assessment Center (EGN/ Brazilian Navy), with an emphasis on China's relations with the world.
