Caleb Mills is a Research Assistant at Purdue University studying International Relations. In 2023, he interned at Vanderbilt’s Latin American Public Opinion Project, studying the phenomena of Autogolpes and democratic backsliding. Caleb's work has appeared in the Lima Chronicle, Democracy Underground, Eurasia Review, and RealClearPolitics. Joshua Bowes is a Research Associate with The Millennium Project's South Asia Foresight Network (SAFN) in Washington D.C. His work has been published online and in print by Eurasia Review, the International Centre for Peace Studies (ICPS), Voice of America (VOA), Asia Times, Geneva Times, Pacific Forum, the Global Network on Extremism & Technology (GNET), International Affairs Forum (IAF), Global Strat View (GSV) The Island (Sri Lanka), and others.
