ASTANA May 29, 2008 (RIA Novosti) - Kazakhstan has ratified a treaty with Azerbaijan allowing Kazakh crude to be pumped through a pipeline linking Azerbaijan's Caspian coast to Turkey's Mediterranean coast, the presidential administration said.
